I was worried my package wouldn"t be…Delivery timeline.
I was worried my package wouldn"t be delivered before I needed to leave town for Christmas. I texted an inside support person and they confirmed the delivery which made it just in time! Communication was key and I am pleased of the response and the accuracy was spot on!! Merry Christmas!😁

Tweede keer dat ik een bed voor ons…
Tweede keer dat ik een bed voor ons labradoodle hebben besteld. De eerst was te kleine en nu deze ook🙃Hoewel dacht ik beside keer goed te hebben gemeten Anders is de bed erg mooie en snel gekomen

Buy next size
I have an imperial shih tzu so bought one for small shih tzu and found it small could have done with the next size up. Having said that Wilf loves it.

Happy Dog
The delivery took a long time to arrive (we live in Spain ) but the Mr FF team provided very good clarity and reassurance. Very quick personal responses to questions and the dog loves the product. I encourage MrFluffyFriend to review their contracted carriers.

Moose loves his bed but disappointed in customer service
Moose loves his bed! Ordered a second one (larger size) on December 15. No communication on where order is or response to my email inquiry. 😞

5 stars for terrific beds, one off for lengthy wait, which I've gotten over b/c the beds are so nice
My order was confirmed on Dec 3, shipped on Dec 6 , & I received it on Jan 2. I was a little anxious because I didn't know where it originated & had never purchased from MrFluffyFriend before. BUT... I LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT THE BEDS! I was afraid the flat inner part wouldn't have much cushion, but it has plenty. My dog gets lost in the bed. She loves it too. The colors are also great. Very rich wine red and the beautiful apricot are wonderful. All much finer than anything I've seen in pet stores.

A nice bed but packing could be improved
I ordered a large donut shaped anxiety relieving bed for my standard dachshund. As it arrived vacuum packed it needed a couple of days to spring back into its designated shape and I found the stuffing at the base challenging to level out. The factory fibres smell was also quite overpowering before it eventually dispersed. The bed is soft and the dog likes it but it still looks a bit misshapen due to its lumpy base. I’d suggest delivering it in a box rather than a vacuum pack.
