I ordered two MrFluffyFriend dog beds. The photos make them look MUCH taller/higher/cushier than the reality. The major negative is that the XXL is quite thin requiring me to layer it on top of other dog pillows. This should work to make the dog bed cushy, however MrFluffyFriend slides too easily requiring me to reposition it daily or it folds over itself. I knew I was taking a chance, but I am more disappointed than I expected. The photos make it look like a totally fluffy bed, but it is not. Update, the company did contact me and offer either 15% refund or for me to return them at my expense for shipping and tracking. I am disappointed that I was not offered the correct dog bed, the one from the photos. There is no way to justify using advertising photos that do not properly show the product you are purchasing. I purchased the dog beds in the photos, but received inferior products that looks nothing like the photos.

I could have purchased similar bed WITH PADDING at a big box pet store for the same amount. Had to get another bed, just to put under this MrFluffyFriend. Very disappointing purchase.

The bed is smaller than it seems in the pictures and with a lot less fluffy material inside than I expected. Seems it’s made cheap

Pictures don’t match bed. Bed appeared to be big and fluffy. It’s paper thin and not fluffy at all. My dog don’t care to even lay on it and that is why.

Very little padding in bottom of the bed. Extremely difficult to communicate with, as there is no phone number to call. I was given two tracking numbers! It took 3 wks to get the bed. Still have no idea where the company is at!

Lovely snuggly bed .. sizing a little out .. we have a 23kg vizsla .. bought the bed according to size and is on the small size for her .. having said that she does love it .. the reason I gave it a 2 star is because she’s a shredder.. she found a small hole in the seam .. there’s a lot of stuffing in theses beds .. so it’s now repaired and kept for nights only .. during the day we’ve bought a more robust bed .. glad I bought on offer ..

After I have ordered my pillow, I realised I made a mistake. I immediately reached out to the team to correct my order, still haven't received any interaction with the team and received the pillow I did not want. Poor customer service. I also waited a long time for the delivery. Would have thought the time I waited at least my query could have been answered.
