The bed comes straight from China
The bed smells like it comes straight from China. I have received enough shipments from China to recognize the smell and packaging. It appears they order the bed from China. They sliped a plastic envelope over the Chinese packaging and shiped it out. 5 weeks for a package from Chicago. Little trick they use as a decoy is to buy a shipping label from the postoffice then just let it sit for 3 weeks. As for the bed, first off, it is off gassing the most terrible stink. It is poorly made it is filled on one side only and you can't move the filling. Whatever it is. I will be tossing my $60 bed. Needless to say I do not recommend purchase of this bed if you love your dog.

Long delay in shipping the product and…
Long delay in shipping the product and receiving it. The bottom part of the bed has no padding. Waiting for a reply to my two emails requesting to return the bed and a refund - day 2.

Scam - Get the same bed at Temu for Less
First of all, they don't publish any review below four stars on their website. Second, this bed is a scam. It took a month to arrive from China (lying that it was CA), and its legit no different than the dog bed I purchased on Temu for half the price. When a company doesn't offer free returns, that should ALWAYS be a red flag.

No shipment
Ordered two beds Dec 26. Still no email of shipment. I've sent two emails for status and no response. I'm giving them 3 days to respond and if nothing, I'm canceling my order.

Smells toxic and shipping time is one month at least
The dog bed just arrived after one month waiting, even though they charged me right away and said it was shipped within days of when I ordered it. I just opened the package and it smells really bad / toxic/off gassing. Like other reviewers have said, It is only fluffy on the sides not on the bottom. I fell for the 30-day return policy before finding out you have to pay the shipping to China which cost as much as you spend on the bed.

Please don’t purchase anything from…
Please don’t purchase anything from this company it’s a dog bed made in china and over priced and it will probably take a month to get it as I did. I made a mistake but want make it again.

Shabby product
Received product at end of December look what was in the picture they tell u to contact customer service and it's a 24/7 which is not try sent numerous emails as there not return address plus u need to pay for the return ourself I would touch the company as I feel I have been ripped of i would not have given them any stars but had to give one star so i can write this veiw
