The customer service experience was great. They handled my concern in a timely manner. I was a bit disappointed in the quality of the product compared to how much I was paying. The padding on the bottom was very minimal. No support to hold up the sides to keep a dog from rolling out. I was expecting more cushion on bottom and more side support.

The pet bed arrived in exactly the time advertised, in good condition...It would have been nice if there were some care instructions, advice on how to get your pet to use the bed, and return shipping info in case there would have been a problem. If those concerns would have been addressed, you'd have gotten a 5 star rating from me...

I think the purchasers should realize that when they buy some thing that has to be big enough for your dog to make sure that you buy the right size. I bought a bed for a boxer pug cross 20 pounds. But when he stretches out, he covers all sides should have bought the next size up, so just be careful. He loves to curl up in the bed but when he stretches out, he moves to an older bed that he has.

This is a good product at a fair price and this would be 5 stars if the company had been transparent about its return policy. I wanted to exchange for a larger size but first I had to pay for the return to the warehouse nearest me. Reasonable, until that turns out to be in China when I am in Oklahoma. To the company’s credit, they refunded a portion of the purchase price, but they’d be higher in my book if they’d made clear from the beginning that there were no refunds or exchanges possible.

Took over a month to arrive in the States, making for a disappointing Christmas, but the end result was a great dog bed.

Once the dogs figured out how to handle them, they worked really well. I just hope they won’t chew right through them.

I loved the look of this bed. My dog is suffering from a bad hip. So I thought I'd order this for him for Christmas. Delivery was supposed to be Dec 21, I tracked it going to customs, onto Vancouver then finally back to Sask. The color is nice, the product is great, I'll try ordering some thing else and see how Canada posts does outside of Christmas.
