This is the second (and likely last) time I have ordered something. The first time delivery took nearly 6 weeks, this time I am 5 weeks in and still waiting. Email advertising is a constant drip of water but is positioned like a carpet bomb, not personalization just constant peppering. Initially hooked by the 60% off I now realize it always 60% off and don’t like being played for the fool. You win a sale initially but lose trust in the end…I’m out.

The bed I received looked nothing like the item advertised, which appeared to be a very thick, dense, memory-foam type soft oval bed about 8" deep and 40" wide without a rim. What I received was a much cheaper item - a thin, furry, donut-type bed with no loft that compresses to about 3" and arrived stuffed into such a small shrink-wrapped package I couldn't believe it was a dog bed. Very deceptive advertising and highly disappointing product. I will never purchase from you again, and will alert all my dog-owning friends to the cheap flimsiness of your product. Shame on you! I would like to return this product for a full refund. In no way is this an $80 dog bed. Please contactme about a refund. Alexis Kostich

The ordering process was extremely easy. The delivery promise and tracking was a disappointment, no emails if a delay and tracking was at one stage non existent And slow at best. I should not have to chase this. finally when the product arrived I was pleased at its quality. Pity the dog ate it with an hour of having it

I am very disappointed in the quality and incorrect sizing of the bed. It is smaller than I expected and needs more filling in the bed…. I do love the color though…. Gayle Ray

Took a long time to be delivered. I was expecting the bed to be very padded and fluffy however the base is like paper. Certainly not worth the £68 I paid. I would be happy to pay £15 for a bed of this quality.

They said it was suitable for a pug but was far to small. Would definitely advise to go way bigger.

Disappointed in the quality of the bed, I have one already from another company. This one has no shape, all floppy, doesn’t actually give any support or comfort.

I was very disappointed that the thickness of the actual bed is not even close to the picture you see on their website. They told me you have to unpack it and let it set for a week before using it. This is the second one I’ve had. I don’t remember if I let the first one sit that long but this one was taken out of the bad the day before we went on vacation for two weeks. Our dog was boarded while we was gone so the bed sat unused for that long. It was no thicker than it was an hour after being out of the bag. My dog uses it, but don’t be surprised when it’s no where as thick as what they show in the pictures on their website.
