Do not recommend!
It took 6 weeks for the pillow to be delivered. I bought the largest size for my 100lb dog.it is way smaller than the website photo. I don’t think the dog will use it because it’s too small. I would not recommend this product!

Buyer beware
Buyer beware! Their website is misleading, and their 30 day guarantee is lie. I received my bed almost a month after I ordered it. I ordered the size based on the recommendations for my type of dog. I ordered a large for 55 pound dog and it’s too small.Their customer service took over a week and me sending several emails to respond. Their idea of an exchange is to buy another one at 30% off or I could send it back for a refund to China, which would cost more than the bed. I wish I had done more research before I bought from this company. I hope my writing this will save somebody else their money.

Their real score in my opinion is ZERO
Their real score in my opinion is ZERO. I ordered a bed for my pets around December 20 and I have emailed them a couple times and they said that it’s delayed ( almost a month) and they want me to continue waiting for it with out replacing it or refunding me the money. Their reply time to emails is the worse. It has been almost a week since the last time I emailed them.

do not purchase anything from here as bed came damaged with my dog nearly choking on small bits of fluff, emailed 4 times with no reply, so i implemented a chargeback on my card from bank

Not as advertised
Not as advertised: very flat (not fluffy at all), horrible chemical like material, red color is not as advertised, shipped horribly and took forever to ship as well.

A total scam - worst beds and bad customer service.
WORST BED AND WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE - this is a scam. It's a bad and flimsy bed. It is small so even an Extra Large isn't enough for your golden retriever sized dog. They don't tell you this, but if you don't like it, you have to mail it back to China at your own cost. It's not worth sending back but hey, they'll offer you 15% of your money back and you can keep the tattered bed. If you complain enough, they will offer you 25%. Don't bother with this bed - you'll get a cheaper, more durable, and beautiful bed from Costco and it'll last you for years. I have 3 dogs and I got one for each - 2 golden retrievers and 1 labrador. They keep pushing down the bad reviews with made-up positive reviews by the way. Like I said - a total scam.

I order a dog bed on the 10th December…
I order a dog bed on the 10th December and still haven't recieved it on the 15th January. The item is showing as dispatched but has never been received by the Royal Mail and is now showing as expired on the tracker. I have contacted Mr Fluffy customer service via the info@mrfluffyfriend and have recieved the odd holding email here and there but am basically being ignored. I may as well of burnt the £50 I paid for the bed. Which was a Christmas present. Very disappointed. Do not buy from them as they are quick to take your money but you won't recieve your goods and will just be ignored.
