I wanted to write a review purely for the fact others have been complaining and I did not have the same experience. I bought a 3xl bed for my Shar Pei. It took a couple of weeks to arrive but I could track the whereabouts of my order at all times. I received updates at intervals too. The bed was vacuum packed and took some time to pinch and pull the fibres apart. After doing this 5 or 6 times the bed was ready to go. My dog, who had an ear infection at the time, got in instantly. He looked so cosy and relaxed. He loves it!

Wir haben zwei Betten gekauft.. Eins war leider zu Klein, das andere, war richtig schön groß..es hatte ein loch. Nicht weiter schlimm lassen wir nähen.. Der Kundenservice war prima und wir konnten uns auch direkt einig werden.. Habe drei Tage später eine Erstattung auf meinem Konto gehabt. Wir werden wohl ein größeres, noch mal dazu bestellen.. Die Körbchen fühlen sich schön dick und weich an. Für unseren großen Hund wirklich ein schöner Korb.. Wir können Mr.fluffy friend wirklich weiter empfehlen

Suite à une erreur de ma part lors de la commande j'ai dù contacter MrFluffly. Ils ont été très réactifs et efficaces. J'ai acheté le coussin en XL ma border et ma bouledogue s'y prélassent avec un bien etre évident.

I purchased Two MRFLUFFY Beds for my Two Kitty's . Im so Very Happy that Oscar took right to it!!! He's always in it!! I placed it on our bed and removed his Old Bed. And when we return from running Errands, he's all Curled up in his New MRFLUFFY Asleep!! He never layed in the Old Bed as many hours as this MRFLUFFY!!! Our other Kitty, Tabby, she Does Not like Change!! She smelled the New Bed walked away. It was placed in the same area as her Old Bed. She is picky about Taste of Food or If you change location of her Food Bowl, Not Happy!!! Since I bought Two MRFLUFFY, Oscar has one on our Sofa and One on our Bed. PERFECT!!

Die Lieferung hat zwar 2 Wochen gedauert, aber es hat sich gelohnt. Unser Hund liebt sein Kuschelbett sehr. Ich hatte noch Fragen zur Reinigung bzw. Waschen des Überzug und bekam per E-mail eine sehr schnelle und sehr freundliche Rückmeldung.

Lucky loves his Mr. Fluffy bed. Yes, upon delivery it is vacuumed sealed, but instructions included tell the human how to fluff it up. No problems for this dog dad.

The bed came when it was suppose to...My initial concern was that they sent the wrong bed because the package looked too small. But on unpacking the bed it just fluffed up and both I and my little angel love it.
