Order was on time and the beds are pretty close to as described. Here is what I experienced: 1. I ordered two beds at the same time. They shipped separately and arrived about 3 - 4 days apart. No big deal. 2. They were vacuum sealed with no instruction to fluff or to just let re-shape naturally. There are also no instructions for washing (and I say that because I know in the description they say they are fully washable, but it would be nice to know how they recommend cleaning. 3. The 2 I ordered were different sizes (I ordered a large and an XL). The XL came first. Its a nice large size and will work for just about any dog over 80 lbs. I got it for my 65 lb dog because he likes to stretch up. However, I find him using the L bed more - he likes to curl right up in it and let it hug him. 4. I think the XL is too big for him mainly because (and here is my COMPLAINT): The Large bed is in perfect condition. The large bed middle stuffing is firm (in a comforting way and all together) it sinks inform the rim of the bed that is designed to HUG your dog. The XL middle is fragmented (not to much of a complaint, but there is a difference in quality) AND the rim of the bed isn't as raised as on the large so it's almost as if they look like two completely different beds. NOW, I didn't contact the company and should have, but with the holidays it was past the 30 day return period. I don't know if this is a design flaw and one that just was made wrong or if the XL is just too big and doesn't hold shape the way the smaller bed does. My dogs seem to overall be happy with the bed. My smaller dogs enjoys the bigger bed and my large dogs (likes both, but happily curls up in the smaller bed). When the got the beds on Christmas morning, like many reviews, my one dog jumped right in and stayed there opening his presents. He loved the bed immediately. My other dog, who honestly is curious and slightly nervous about ANYTHING new, took a while to get use to the bed or even go on it. I would highly recommend that the beds air out a few days before giving the bed to your dog. Due to the vacuum seal they smell a lot like plastic. So we let the beds air out for almost 2 weeks- but again they were Christmas gifts so they weren't getting them until Christmas. I hope from this review, the company reaches out to explain the differences in the beds and if this is normal. I also hope customers will know if you get an XL it may not be as described and maybe that's normal and maybe not. But again the Large one is exactly as described. MrFluffyFriend, if it is not normal I would love to exchange it even though I ordered the bed in Nov. Received in December and didn't give to my dogs until Dec. 25th.

Good product, dogs love their fluffy bed! Rather long wait for delivery however but glad we've got it at last

Bed arrived after about 2-3 weeks. Slightly concerned due to their not being much love for Mrfluffyfriend in reviews, however the initial chemically smell has gone away after 24 hours and the dog loves it, fits her perfectly and she gets in it whenever she can. She also wants to rip it to shreds but that's just how she rolls...

The dog bed we bought for our grand pup is very soft. We purchased the largest bed available, and it's not that big. Our pup is 50 lbs and the bed is small. He will curl up in it but is unable to stretch out on the bed without "overflowing". He has curled up to lay in it and seems to like it, We would have liked the bed to be bigger. The other issue I had was we ordered this on 12/4 being shipped from Jamica NY to northern NJ, the item went out to Chicago before arriving here Christmas Eve.

Im writing for a second time because after reading all the reviews i realized i was not alone when it came to getting the wrong size bed. In the picture it looked so big and i thought my 100 lb dog would be comfortable. Its flimsy and has no support. It also is very expensive and not worth it. Amazon and pet smart do have better choices and if you need to return it it wont cost afortune just a car ride. Save yourself from the aggravation and buy in your local stores or Amazon. You snd your dog will be happy. PM New york

It took over a month to get the bed. It was lost somewhere but customer service answered my emails and found it. Second, I ordered the largest bed and it was quite a bit smaller than I expected. It’s a nice bed but not big enough. It does the job. But for the price it’s a bit disappointing.there was no proof of purchase in the package so I’m not sure if I got the right size.

I have 3 adult dogs, 1- 6 month old, and 9 - 5 week old puppies - all English Setters. They ALL love it. Shipping took a while! The sizing is off, just ordered another one in XL this time. The bed is so soft, and the middle area is extremely fluffy, as if the dogs may feel some kind of weightlessness on the bed. I just wish it was a little cheaper, ever with using discounts on each order!

Rose replied to my emails. There was little to do about the shipment delay and the need to exchange the bed for larger size, but I received some compensation and a written apology which kept me knowing the company really cares.
