Dog Loves the bed!
Love the bed! Had no idea this was not a U.S. based company and was charged an international fee on my credit card! Took SIX WEEKS to receive the dog bed.

I like the colour,texture & quality but…
I like the colour,texture & quality but it is too small. I followed your guidelines & purchased a XL for my Aust.Cattle Dog but it's too small for her to lie down & stretch out - so she doesn't use it.

Should have read more reviews before ordering!
On a positive note the bed arrived fairly quickly (which apparently is quite unusual now I've read the other reviews!) And it is very soft & a good size..... BUT..... it is almost like a flat doughnut, hardly any stuffing inside so no support for my dog. Considering we paid £75 which was meant to be half price, it is still not worth the money. If I'd paid full price I would be livid! Also, it says you can wash it so I assumed it would have a removable outer layer but no! You have to put the whole thing in the wash?! No way is this xxl bed going to fit in my machine! If you want a really good quality dog bed from a trusted company use Pupnaps - more expensive but really good quality, very supportive & the outer layer is washable too!

SIZING IS SMALL
I felt like the sizing is a little misleading. I ordered an extra large for my 75 pound German Shepherd and it’s way too small it’s like a pillow for him. Big dog owners be warned! It would be really nice if their sizing was by weight instead of dimensions it’s very misleading! I’m updating my review, they have since changed their sizing on the website to the weight of the dog after I order My dog bed. I still believe their “XL” is too small. Oh and the CO. Idea of reaching out to me was to tell me to change my review, not to help me get a larger bed.

Great bed
Great bed. My dog loves his bed. He stays in it longer than all 3 other beds. Only concern is thst he chewed a small hole in it after one day but it seems to be ok because he stopped chewing it. I highly recommend this bed as long as your dog doesnt chew everything.

Not as advertised
Your dog bed on line looks very stuffed. Our dog weighs 80 pds. When Tilly get in the bed we hear her hit the floor. We bought an extra large bed but it has very little stuffing. I had to go buy a flat bed to put under this bed. Not happy,sorry.
