Over a month and still not have received my dog bed. Have emailed and have had very quick friendly replies. Just frustrating that I kept getting told to wait a bit longer. Clearly I have no choice. Service is great but just disappointed that haven’t received anything yet

I ordered the product with great expectations based on the photos in the advertising and chose the largest size for my labrador. The product is shipped highly compressed (no issue with that) but when it expands after removal from the packaging, it has little substance to it and provides very little real support for my dog, and is too small in my opinion. It also took a long time to arrive but it did arrive eventually.

It took a very long time to receive. The product lacks quality.

I ordered two small beds for my two Boston Terriers. The beds arrived and they were wonderful! The boys loved their new beds. I was impressed. Then my younger Boston Terrier had an accident and urinated on his bed. As the beds are soft and light I assumed that they are machine washable. Well, the bed now is mis-shaped. The filling shifted and is a bit lumpy. Perhaps I missed something that informed me that the bed is not machine washable. But all of the other dogs beds I have owned have been machine washable. Moreover it makes no sense to have a dog bed that is not machine washable.

We have the most easy going goldendoodle and he does not love this bed. He slept in a bed previously and we replaced it with a Mr. Fluffy Friend bed and he will lay on the floor next to it. There is little to no padding on the bottom. Not a great investment for us at the price we paid.

Not at all happy with the dog bed. Lacked padding and faux fur caused my dog to scratch.

Our dog doesn’t like it unless we give her treats to stay in it. She grabs it and tries to sling it like a stuffed animal and also bites it trying to pull it apart. We put it in our closet so she cannot get to it. ☹️

I ordered an extra large bed and the one that came with clearly for a medium size dog. My dog is only 50 pounds and it is way too small. However, that’s not my complaint my complaint is that I have sent multiple emails and never gotten a response. I get a notification that someone is reviewing my email but then nothing.
