I ordered two XXL dog beds and when I opened them up I was very disappointed in the amount of fill in the beds. The outer material is soft and plush but the fill is so sparse that when my Shepherd lies in it the sides press down right to the floor. No support. My other dog won’t use the bed at all. Customer service was very good but only offered a 15% credit if I would keep the beds rather than return them. Suggested to them to increase the fill to triple or at the very least double the amount.

There is hardly any material inside. Essentially I purchased a cover for a dog bead, I assume to be filled by me now, at an inflated price. Purchased on sale. Still not worth it.

Pricey for what you get. Slow shipper. 3 weeks is a lot. No return option, you must pay to ship to China (?).

Nachdem wir mehrere Wochen auf die Lieferung gewartet haben, kam das Vakuum verpackte Hundebett endlich an. Die Qualität ist gerade mal soeben ausreichend. Jedoch ist die Größe nicht wie bestellt 70 cm sondern nur 60 cm. Somit würde unser Hund mit dem Hinterteil draußen liegen. Wir haben das reklamiert und wollten eigentlich zurück senden. Man hat uns 15% nachträglichen Rabatt eingeräumt. Wir haben das angenommen, weil wir die hohen Rücksendekosten nicht wollten und innerhalb der Familie einen dankbaren Abnehmer gefunden haben. Wir werden hier nicht mehr bestellen. Die Werbung ist irreführend und stark übertrieben. Leider haben wir die Bewertungen der anderen erst nach unserer Bestellung gelesen. Ausserdem kann man nirgendwo erkennen, dass die Ware direkt aus China kommt. Nie wieder!

Incredibly expensive for what they are, I purchased 2 medium beds for my border terrier pups, when they eventually arrived I was extremely disappointed in the quality and the size ( very small ) Save your money and buy locally

Lange Lieferzeit ohne Möglichkeit der Nachverfolgung. Produkt kleiner als angegeben, nicht gut verarbeitet (Rand unterschiedlich dick/hoch. Zu teuer, z.B. bei Fressnapf bessere Qualität zu günstigerem Preis. Und: mein Hund weigert sich, auch nur eine Pfote in das Ding zu setzen...

NOT very fluffy, would not buy your product again. Very deceiving advertising! I have tried fluffing as you stated letting it breathing and fluffing, your product should have double and maybe triple the amount of product in the pillow.
