This company is a con. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. They don't reply to emails asking for return information. Product horrible. Biggest mistake I ever made. Can only imagine the company is Chinese.

After many attempts to return they…
After many attempts to return they offed me a 25% discounts, I finally accepted it since I could not get any other means of return.

Dog bed - Worst product ever
Worst product ever! Please read the reviews before purchasing...I ordered 2 XXL and these beds are very flimsy and poorly made. If it were for a small dog, then maybe good but NOT for a medium + dog. IT is like sitting on the floor, no padding whatsoever. I have bought way better beds at Amazon, Costco, etc... I emailed them as they advertise a 30 day return policy if not satisfied and of course the customer has to pay for shipping for the return and t is international so obviously they know nobody will return their products. They then offered me a discount to keep the beds. After more days of communication where they have done nothing, (and taken long to write back) I have called my CC company to dispute the charges. I cant believe I was suckered into buying these beds. I honestly cannot even believe they are still in business selling this poorly constructed product.

Billiger Schrott mit falschen Massangaben
Ich habe ein Relax-Hundebett gekauft mit den Angaben für einen kleinen bis mittelgrossen Hund (Grösse M), mit der Angabe des Masses 60 cm. Das ist aber nicht die Liegefläche, sondern das ganze Bett mit Rand. Die Liegefläche ist ca. 28 cm - ein Witz!! Da passt kein kleiner bis mittelgrosser Hund rein. Die Qualität ist absoluter Schrott undhat gar nichts mit Relax oder sonstigem Gesundheitsaspekt zu tun. Wie schon mehrmals erwähnt kann man das über Temu billiger und ohne Transportkosten kaufen. Der Kundendienst hat lange mit mir diskutiert - nett zwar - aber schlussendlich sagen sie, ich kann ein grösseres Bett mit 30% kaufen und das zu kleine behalten. Also wollen sie nochmals verdienen. So ein Schwachsinn! Haltet die Finger davon!!!

My dog did not like the bed
My dog did not like the bed. Would not use it. I contacted customer service. I asked for a refund. I was instructed that I would need to use the attached return label and pay for shipping. The warehouse to return item is in CHINA. Cost to ship item over $250.00. They would also probably claim that the item was returned LATE.

5 weeks and multiple emails to get product
I received my product after 5 weeks and 10 emails. Each email response asked me to be patient while they contacted the carrier. I would not order from them ever again

Rückgabe unmöglich
Rückgabe unmöglich, weil das Paket nach China geschickt werden muss und das ist teuer ( ab 22€ ) Nicht sofort ersichtlich, das diese Firma eine chinesische ist. Hände weg !!

Auch ich habe ein billiges Hundebett erhalten, leider bin ich auf diese Betrügerseite reingefallen. Zuletzt wurden mir 30% Nachlass angeboten, andere Kunden bekommen hier 40% angeboten. Diese hätte ich auch gerne, dass der Kauf nicht ganz so ärgerlich ist. Vielleicht meldet sich ja der Kundenservice nochmal bei mir. Informiert euch gut vor dem Kauf, diese positiven Bewertungen kann ich leider nicht nachvollziehen.
