It took a very long time for delivery
It took a very long time for delivery. was not as large as i thought

Dog bed is good the shipping takes too long!
It took too long to be delivered the first time, now I bought a second one and the same is happening, where is my dog’s bed? I can’t recommend you even though hour product is loved by my dog your delivery time sucks!

Did not meet my expectations
It took a very long time to receive my order then when it finally arrived the colour was absolutely not the same as online. The colour is described as brown but what I received was a very light cream coloured bed. Not at all what I was expecting and I am quite disappointed.

Terrible… you didn’t put full address…
Okay…. Son got the dog bed and dog loves it! There was trouble with shipping it and it took a long time to get there but once received, all is well! Thx

Product not what I expected
Product not what I expected. By photos I viewed. Very soft but not stuffed properly or to little stuffing in center and outer area. Mine was an xtra large. Just not worth what I paid for it.

The delivery time from the order was…slow, weeks and weeks
The delivery time from the order was slow. The product is soft but the center pillow will not stay down so the frame is equal height to the pillow in center. The dog doesn’t see it as a bed but thinks it’s a toy so she pulls it around but won’t get in as a bed because the center doesn’t go down. She may change her mind eventually. It is a little small for her 20 lb weight. I think I bought a Med and should have bought bigger. Time May change things.
