Bought a bed for std poodle puppy in April 2024. It was no where near as soft and fluffy as being advertised. Originally I thought it just needed time to expand after unsealing the vacuum bag. It never expanded. Puppy began tearing holes in it and I finally threw it out at Christmas. In response to reply below: focus on the fact that it wasn't anywhere near as soft and fluffy as advertised. That was the disappointment and obviously it didn't calm the dog. The stuffing was not luxurious and full and the shag bag covering was easily matted and gross.

Elle ne prend absolument pas ses responsabilités et demande à ses clients de résoudre les problèmes à sa place. J’ai passé commande et je n’ai jamais été livré. Plutôt que de gérer la situation, ils m’ont demandé d’appeler moi-même la plateforme pour essayer de me faire livrer. Aucun suivi, aucun engagement, aucun service client digne de ce nom. Une entreprise qui se décharge totalement de ses obligations. À éviter absolument ! Jw

Mieseste Firma ever!!!! Alles nur fake bei MrFluffyFriend!!! Paket nie erhalten und trotzdem musste ich bezahlen, chinesische Firma die sich unter deutscher Mailadresse verbirgt. Jetzt nach der Bewertung bekomme ich eine nette Mail wie schon gefühlte 1000x und behilflich war MrFluffyFriend keinesfalls. Hier meine Bestelldaten: #1223147162 Mrfluffyfriend ist augenscheinlich nur an Profit interessiert, egal was passiert ist!!!!!! Musste für ein nie erhaltenes Pake 62,20€ bezahlen, es ist Mrfluffyfriend egal, dass ich keine Abstellgenehmigung habe, nie etwas unterschrieben habe, sie verweisen auf den Sendungsbericht der Österreichischen Post, das Paket sei zugestellt worden!!!! Stimmt nicht exakt, denn am Sendungsbericht steht das Paket von MrFluffyFriend ü/62,10 mit der Bestell Nr #1223147261 wurde anscheinend bei meiner Wohnadresse ABGESTELLT!!! worden, ja wohin abgestellt, wohne direkt neben der Hauptstrasse. Habe bis heute 20.2.2025 das Paket von MrFluffyFriend ü/62,10 nicht erhalten, sowie auch meine Nachbarn wissen nichts davon. Die Antworten auf die nicht positiven Rezensionen sind leider nicht hilfreich, lösen das Problem nicht. Der Kundenservice von MrFluffyFriend hat schon zig Mails über diesen miserablen Vorfall bekommen, seit einigen Wochen bekomme ich auch keine Rückantwort mehr. MrFluffyFriend will anscheinend dieses Problem nicht zu Gunsten des Kunden lösen, lieber noch Zeit vergehen lassen, dann wird der Kunde schon Ruhe geben. Für ein nie erhaltenes Paket 62,10€ bezahlen müssen ist reine Abzocke, MrFluffyFriend könnte schon längst bei Klarna die Rechnung korrigieren, sodass der Betrag gutgeschrieben wird, die Profitgier von MrFluffyFriend verscheut lieber viele Kunden.

It took them forever. I asked for a refund since my product had not arrived or been shipped. The rep kept thanking me for my patience, but said “regrettably I could not get a refund…” since my order had shipped. Ha, the shipping date they sent me was two weeks after the date I asked for the refund. Do not do business with this company!!

I ordered two beds at the same time and was told that they would arrive in two weeks. The order was placed January 5th, one bed arrived February 8th and the other arrived February 12th. Customer service is terrible. Tracking information is bad. The quality of the beds is not what they claim it is. Never again.

Hi I bought my yorkie a fluffy friend bed some time ago After sleeping in it over night for the first time he started coughing and choking in the morning, This went on for a few mornings when I realised it was the fluff from the bed that was causing it. I changed his bed back to his normal bed with no fluff and he has been alright since. I have placed a cover over the fluffy bed to protect him if he uses it during the day. William.

Purchased 2 beds. Two weeks later and one has just arrived. Requested the refund / return details before the second has even been delivered, so that says something don't it. Don't waste your money on these beds, poor quality, poor stitching, no padding. Literally opened it and went nope. Now awaiting return details and I've got to cover the return costs, great ! Shop local or somewhere that accepts returns at their cost. Massive Red flag making the customer pay to return, clearly they don't believe in the product enough or deal with so many returns they can't afford too. Either way, stay away.
