Slow to ship and poor quality
Shipping took quite a while. I ordered it on 9/25/22 and it didn’t get to me until 10/21/22. It is also way less fluffy than I was expecting when comparing to the website before I ordered it. Seems like way less quality product than my dogs current bed that is less than half the price. This seems to be a $20-$30 dog bed instead of over $80. My dog also seems to get very hot while laying in it and starts panting heavily after laying in it for a while.

You have a very good product but....
You have a very good product; however, the delivery time to receive my first and second bed is way too long. Also, when I tried to communicate for the return of the first (too small) bed, trying to get a response from your customer service site was also very slow to non-responsive. I do not enjoy writing this harsh review, but with a concerted effort in these two areas, you would be much more successful. Chet

Workaround may be needed
Initially bought a Large size bed for our medium sized spaniel, However when it finally arrived it was too small for him. So we gave it away to a family with a little puppy who loves it and ordered ourselves an XL sized bed. Which took about a month to arrive. And now, despite us shaking and fluffing it up a lot, it still feels like there isn't enough stuffing in it, and especially on the base. You can feel the hard floor underneath it. So we've now put this bed on top of a XXL flat dog bed, and it seems to be working.

Slow delivery waste of money.
Slow delivery. Needed to send 2 emails before parcel arrived. Although we ordered XL it was not large enough for our German shorthair pointer and seems thinner that shown in the advertisement. Our dog will only sleep on it if we put it into his basket and even then throws it out on occasions,

What went wrong, dog bed took too long to arrive. 9/20/22 to 10/22/22
What went wrong, let me tell you MrFluffyFriend. It took over a month from ordering and receiving the dog bed. The website said it would be 7-21 days. It mentioned due to Covid. It took 32 days. In addition, there was not one person at your company reaching out to me about the delay. I will say, that to me is poor customer service. With all that being said, my dog does use your doggy bed. She can be particular about using a doggy bed. So thank you, for that.

Commandé le 09/10/22 et à ce jour…
Commandé le 09/10/22 et à ce jour toujours rien par contre ils ont su débité la somme dans les 24h pas de numéro de commande pas de suivi on ne sait pas où en est la commande ni si un jour on va être livré On se demande si cette société existe Je vais les dénoncer à la répression des fraudes.

The bed was a lot smaller than it…
The bed was a lot smaller than it appears to look with the animals inside. Even though it states a large is ideal size for a shitzu, my shitzu has very limited space.
