Scam , ordered medium , small was sent by them , no exchange , got £12 refund , so they are £31up ,and I got a bed thats no good !! Go to argos they have a lovely bed half the price better quality

Absolute joke of a company ! Paid £68 pound for a bed waited ages for it to turn up and I would be annoyed if I paid a £10 and to top it off after speaking to the mongrel Rosie at customer service they completely ignore every email and photo I’ve sent regarding this disgrace

The “bed” you receive is absolutely nothing like the pictures would suggest. It has virtually no stuffing to the point you can feel the floor under foot as if nothing is under it. The threads also come out which could pose a choking hazard. They send it from China which takes an age and then say if you have 30 days to return if you aren’t totally satisfied but postage is non-refundable and they won’t refund you if you open it from the vacuum seal… so how are you supposed to know if it’s suitable or not?!?! Terrible company that no one should use. This is the first ever review I’ve left on Trustpilot as I’m so disappointed in the £70 floppy mess

Awful company. Customer service basically non existent, I ordered an XL bed in light grey, it eventually came (2 months after ordering) and the bed is disgusting. It’s a mix colour of grey and black, it’s flat and not fluffy at all, the dogs may as well lay on the carpet that’s how poor the bed is. When contacting them to receive the money back guarantee, because I removed it out of the plastic seal I was not eligible, what an absolute joke of a company and one I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND to anyone. STAY CLEAR!

Please whoever reads this, do not waste your money. I paid £67 for the largest one they had and what a bloody waste of money, Its made from VERY thin material that lasted less than 24 hours, by morning there was a big hole in it. If only I had gone on Trustpilot first, I would have saved £67.00

My wife saw the add on facebook/Instagram and ask me to order one. They were quick to charge you but after that no communication, no tracking info. This company is a total SCAM. The "customer service" makes no sense, always responding the same etc. Even the positive reviews makes me doubt if the are legit... Guys if you have ordered one make sure to put a claim ASAP with your credit card company in order to get your hard earned money back and dont forget to lodge a complaint at the police station so their cyber unit can catch these guys!
