MrFluffyFriend™Reviews of mrfluffyfriend.com

Why do I never learn to read reviews before I purchase something!!!! The beds are terrible quality and nothing like the photos on their website. Have emailed twice to return and get a refund with no answer. Upon reading other reviews I see that you cannot claim a refund if the beds have been taken out of the vacuum seal packaging - yeah ok…… Do not buy from this company!!!! Absolute scamming rip off turds!!!!

I ordered online to Australia and it took 29 days. I was almost entering into legal action against this company. The dog bed arrived and I can see it will fall apart after the first wash. The company blamed it on Covid (being so late) and I noticed when it was delivered that it was from China. Surprise surprise. Don't buy from this mob.

Absolute scam. After waiting nearly 2 months for the bed, the quality is terrible and the size guide is misleading! Do not buy from this company!

After waiting for almost a month, received the two beds ordered 1 medium and 1 large. Both beds vacuumed sealed and thereby opening voids the warranty. BUT how do you know that this is a scam till you open? Beds are not filled enough for baby not to feel the floor beneath. Bed was shipped from NY, but they want them returned to the Netherlands. Going to see if AMEX will help....

I ordered my bed on 12th FEb and still have not received it , it appears to still be in China. I have emailed and emailed and no reply. Is this company a scam? I would not recommend
