The order page is confusing
The order page is confusing. it looks like you are checking out when you end up ordering a second bed. Then there is no option to change your order!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I also feel I shouldn't have to accept the terms and conditions just to send a review!!!!!!

Not sturdy
Not sturdy at all. Torn first day and fabric is so thin it was not easy to stitche closed. Can only use now when we are around so can stop her digging. Nice and soft, not enough fill in the bottom. Found similar style locally half price. That said, we use it on our bed and it gives her a designated place and contains the hair. Works great in this fashion.

The XL bed for my 90 lb shepherd mix…
The XL bed for my 90 lb shepherd mix arrived promptly and as advertised. However, I thought the area that the dogs body was mostly on would be more supportive. He does seem to like it but doesn't stay on in for long periods of time. I'm not sorry that I purchased it.

Should of ordered the size bigger
Should of ordered the size bigger , the outside is a lot bigger than the sleeping area

These guys are a SCAM
They were very late in their delivery. Having said that, my wife's cat digs the bed. Originally I called them scammers which at the time they appeared to be due to several weeks going by with no delivery. Having received the bed I will upgrade my review to slow delivery and decent product. I can't help but wonder if my first comment sped things up.

Lengthy delivery
Lengthy delivery. Absolutely love the pet bed. I am so excited to give it to our beloved Grand doggy for Christmas. We hope she loves it and is thrilled as much as we are. Wrapped and ready to retrieve.

Good bed but fits small using company sizing recommendations
My dogs loves the bed BUT barely fits in it Should have made an actual measurement before selecting size as the sizing guidelines provided by the company using both weight and breed references are coming up a size short.

It took a long time to arrive though…
It took a long time to arrive though expect this is due to supply chain issues, in addition the sizing chart was inaccurate - we have a puppy sheep dog and the large was too small for him. He likes to keep cool and it seems the fluffiness wasn’t for him either! Hoping the return process is free and simple! We will be back to shop though x
