Though a great idea and the marketing…
Though a great idea and the marketing write up made it sound amazing the bed definitely fell short I’m disappointed to say. The size is good, the “fur” is really nice, the bed has hardly any filling? I could have laid a fake fur blanket on the floor and gotten the same results.

The bed has zero filling inside
The bed has zero filling inside. The outside is super fluffy and nice but I have to put it on top of another bed because there is no padding.

J ai essayer de changer ce matelas pour chien sans succès, il est beaucoup trop mince, mon chien ne l utilise pas , on m a répondu de le secouer pour qu il prenne sa forme.. ça n a rien changé..il est maintenant sur Kijiji pour 1/3 du coût.. une belle perte d argent et c est faux qu ils vont vous rembourser si vous n êtes pas satisfait..

Far to expensive bought a larger one
Far to expensive bought a larger one, the right size for my dog. Yours was £41 the larger one was £16. Very disappointed

The slow delivery time was the main…
The slow delivery time was the main issue really, it took so long to arrive, the actual bed seems to be good enough quality and my dog likes it , except that for an extra large bed it is barely big enough for my retriever, I'm afraid that I would be slow enough to recommend your company for those 2 reasons

The quality of the bed was not what I thought it would be at all. Its very thin and when my dog is on it or you step on it, you can feel the hard floor right through. Not at all as comfy and fluffy. + The size for Labrador which I chose, is much too big. Could fit two labs fully grown. Over all flimsy. Took too long to get it and over priced for what it was. Not impressed and will not order again.
