Decepcionado

Sad fluff
The quality that is advertised and what i received isn't the same. My 58 pound Labrador needs more cushion. The fur quality does not look safe to even wash so over all not happy. I will not bother to request a refund but not happy with produce.

The beds have an odor with in them
The beds looked good but there is something about the filling that my dogs want to get, so they’ve tore a hole in all of them.
Response from MrFluffyFriend™Apr 18, 2025
Hi Anthony, thank you for your feedback! We're sorry to hear about the experience. Here are a few tips that might help in situations like this: 🧼 Air out the beds for 24–48h to reduce any factory scent. 🐾 If your dogs are fixated on the filling, try using a calming spray or placing a familiar blanket on top to redirect their focus. 🔧 For torn beds, a quick patch or pet-safe fabric glue can help extend their use. Feel free to reach out to us at [email protected] if you'd like assistance—we're always here to help!

Better in cold/cool weather
Better in cold/cool weather. My dog doesn't care for it in warmer weather; bought both bed & blanket. Thanks for the suggestions. I tried a sheet over it and it was better, but at that point she preferred a cool floor and would use the bed as a pillow sometimes. In the cooler months, she loved it and slept soundly.
Response from MrFluffyFriend™Apr 18, 2025
Thank you for your honest feedback, Pamela! 💬 We're glad the bed and blanket work well during cooler months. Here are a few tips to help your pup enjoy them year-round: 🌬️ Place the bed in a shaded, cooler area during warmer days. 🧺 Use a lighter cotton sheet over the bed to make it more breathable. 🐾 Rotate it with your dog’s favorite toys or scents to keep interest high. 🛋️ Some dogs also love the bed as a cozy headrest while lying on a cool floor! Let us know if we can help with anything else — we're always here!
