Onze excuses, Ingeborg.

We’re sorry to hear that you’re not fully satisfied with the cooling mat, Nadine. We understand your frustration and appreciate you sharing your concerns. We’d like to clarify that our cooling mats work by dissipating heat from your pet’s body and do not need to be plugged in or refrigerated. That said, we’re sorry if the product didn’t meet your expectations. Our Customer Support team does respond to customer enquiries. If you haven’t seen a response in your inbox, please also check your spam or junk folder, as our reply may have been filtered there. We’d be happy to assist you further with your concerns.

We’re sorry to hear that you feel this way, Allen. However, we’d like to clarify that you have not yet contacted our Customer Support team to request a return, so we’re not sure what has led you to conclude that returning the product is impossible. We do have a return process in place, and our team is happy to guide you through the steps and answer any questions you may have. One of our representatives will reach out to you directly so we can assist you with your return request and address your concerns properly. We’re always happy to help, and we encourage you to give our team the opportunity to assist you.

We’re sorry that you feel this way, R Nichols. We can see that you’re already being assisted by one of our representatives, and you were provided with guidance on how to help the product reach its optimal condition after unpacking. From your response, however, it appears that you would prefer to return the product without trying the recommended steps. We completely understand that you may still decide the product isn’t right for you, and our team can assist you with the available return process. We’d simply appreciate the opportunity for you to try the recommended instructions first, as they are intended to help the product achieve its proper shape and support. We’ll continue assisting you directly via email.

Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback, Milo. We’re genuinely sorry that the bed did not meet your expectations, especially after you gave it 48 hours to expand and followed the fluffing instructions. We understand your point, and we don’t want to dismiss your experience by simply referring to the vacuum packaging. Your feedback about the difference between the product photos and the actual appearance, as well as your concerns about the filling and customer service, is valuable to us. We’ll take this back to our team so we can review both the product presentation and the quality more closely. We appreciate you being direct about where you feel we can do better. We’ll work on it. 🙏
