MrFluffyFriend™Reviews of mrfluffyfriend.com

I ordered my dogs bed on 17th November at a cost of £66 , I am still waiting for my dog bed, rather than wait any longer I ordered the exact same bed from eBay for £29.99 with free postage that arrived within 3 days, the bed is Ancol brand, so no need to suffer like the rest of us and pay through the nose for a overpriced product coming china when it can be bought locally off the supplier direct

Me again .... Has anyone actually ever received there order ... my tracker has been saying my order is going between Edinburgh and alloa sorting offices and has been for days .. this is ridiculous now

Just awful company. Ordered a bed 3 months ago. Not arrived. Sent 17 emails and still waiting for a response. No product and no refund. Avoid this company at all costs. They are trading illegally!

Do NOT use this company !! As many others, I paid for dog bed 7 weeks ago & had emails to say stuck in customs/ at local post office to collect. Nothing! Asked for refund. Nothing.!! Totally utter rubbish

I really would like to give a minus star as your treatment to me has been appalling. Your customer service is non existence. I order two dog beds on the 10th of October and send you an email on the 11th of October explaining that I wanted to change the order as the beds I ordered were to big and I wanted the smaller size you said you could not change the order and took the money out of my account on the 11th of October I have emailed them many times to cancel the order considering I still have not received the beds it’s really not rocket science to simply change the size of the beds. They have just been appalling and I have read reviews of people not getting there money back or having to wait ages. I would not recommend them to anyone. They are a disgrace.
