Great pet bed, fix shipping times..
The only issue is it took so long for the bed to arrive. Once it was here, our cats LOVE it. Will have to order a second one 😁

It is a lot smaller than it should be…
It is a lot smaller than it should be for a small dog. Cozy but our small dog barely fits

Not too bad
For some strange reason my phone will change the last number of my address after I check and submit the information. I let Mr.Fluffy know. I don’t know if they were able to do anything about it, because the beds were on their way to me, but I was glad they responded to me and the beds got here with no problem. I also goofed and didn’t order the correct size beds, because I thought they would be bigger, but so it goes. I just put both of the beds next to each other and put a blanket over them. My dog plays with the beds but doesn’t lay in them too often, so I don’t know that they are very calming to her, but she did lie in them when I put them next to me while I was working on something.

Our dog absolutely loves his new bed
Our dog absolutely loves his new bed. I didn't rate with 5 stars because of the fact that communication is terrible with the company and the shipping timeline is even worse.

Quality almost worth waiting for…
Product excellent but delivery was slow… maybe not the company’s fault as so many disruptive strikes… just that the dogs were gutted as they were a gift for Christmas

The product is amazing
The product is amazing. One of the dogs had just been spade and was totally restless and agitated when the bed arrived. She immediately claimed it and parked herself on it for the next 2 days. It is definitely a calming bed. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was the 24 days it took to arrive. Arrived January 6 (gift celebration in many countries) instead of by December 25. Order date was December 12.
