Not as thick or as fluffy as we had hoped
These didn’t look much like the advert. Very thin and cheap looking. We bough t two, they took about 4 weeks to arrive. One of the beds was too small so I asked to change, but return postage was £25 (to China). So I bought a very similar one in Amazon, came the next day but was much nicer quality, less polyester and more padded in the central sleep area.

Nice bed-cushion lacks sufficient density
From a delivery experience it took close to one month in order to receive even though my card was charged day one. Customer service was very responsive given me confidence the order would ultimately be fulfilled. From a produce perspective the bed is very nice outer material. After a week of trying to let the cushion expand it still lacks sufficiency density. My Dog doesn’t seem interested in it either. As such, it isn’t quite what we expected so will probably try to return it

I bought the size recommended for my dog. It is a tight fit. I have not contacted you about it because I find your company is extremely annoying to deal with. You were sending me a constant string of emails until I stopped them, I could imagine how annoying it would be to send you a complaint.

Disappointed
Disappointed. Pictures make this look much larger and thicker than it actually is. It came in such a small envelope I thought they only sent the cover! My dog seems to like it regardless, even though there’s little to no padding.

Well it took over a month to get here and the XL size proved to be a very tight fit for my 48 lb. dog. I think she might like it better if she didn’t have to coil herself up so tight to get into o.
