MrFluffyFriend™Reviews of mrfluffyfriend.com

Do not waste your money on these dog beds. Bought a XL donut anxiety bed for our dog. There isn't much in the way of padding in it. It just flattens down. Absolutely garbage product. Contacted the customer services about it as I waited nearly 6 weeks for it to arrive. When I opened it up and left it to fluff up due to being vacuum packed, I was extremely disappointed with the bed. Usual waste of time customer services. They don't give a hoot once they have your money. Dog doesn't even like it. Ended up going to Pets at Home & bought a decent dog bed from they're. Please read through any reviews about these dog beds before you buy one as theyre absolute rubbish. No offer of a refund either.

Keine Empfehlung

Warte seitdem 24.02.2022 auf meine bestellte Ware..

Soon after my order was placed, my credit card was charged without any shipping info. Many weeks later, I received a fake Canada Post tracking number. I started emaiing after 6 weeks to find out what was going on. They started making excuse after excuse about the delay and shipping but they could never answer why they're tracking numbers were fake. After 2 months they sent me another tracking number that seemed to take over a minute to load, which alarmed me and I stopped immediately. I've learned my lesson and I won't be ordering from companies that advertise like this on Instagram ever again. Stay away from this company at all costs. It's a total scam. Shame on them.

I purchased an XL anxiety bed for my dog, that would be like sleeping on a cloud. Unfortunately, when I received the bed nearly a month later, it turned out to be closer to the floor than the clouds, there was so little stuffing. I echo the comment about static also. The ultimate test is that my dog will not sleep on it at all. When I emailed customer service, I received a very prompt reply with an offer of 15% refund. The alternative would be to return the product in it's orignal packaging (which was impossible because it was so tightly packaged) to CHINA. I thought i had ordered from an EU country. The cheapest delivery cost I could find was €69 to do so. I feel like I need to invest in an anxiety bed now.... As with others, I cannot award zero stars, but I would if i could. I feel completely ripped off.

After waiting six weeks for my products they finally arrived today. The quality of them all is extremely poor and I am not comfortable to give them to my dog. The website gives the impression that this is a U.K. based company, however it is based in China. The dog bed has very little cushioning in it. The rope toys are so soft that my toddlers have been able to unwind them all. Making them a choking hazard for any pet that likes a good chew. The teeth cleaning balls are so small that they are not suitable for any dog larger than a toy breed. I have a miniature breed and they would pose a choking hazard to him. Finally the MrFluffyFriend - Magical Ball Toy is not a toy at all. It is a “Microfiber Mop Ball” and comes in a package saying as much. It is not made of strong materials as the website says and would be extremely dangerous for any pet. I have asked for a partial refund, however I don’t expect much so will be escalating this through my credit card company and trading standards if possible (although no idea if they can do anything for foreign companies). Total waste of time and money, and probably the worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had. Edit: They respond to comments on here saying “please contact to resolve” however I was already in contact with the customer service team and they are now refusing to respond and ignoring my requests for a partial refund.
