I think they ship by Stage Coach
I think they ship by Stage Coach. It took forever to receive. And, nether Bob or Chester like it. Really, the dogs were like ‘ ruff ruff grr woof! In other words “I’m not sleeping on that”.

Not very supportive
It took a month to arrive. It’s pretty thin and flimsy. There’s no support from the bolster, if you step on or in it, you can feel the floor pretty easily through the fabric. The stuffing separates. My dog seems to really like it though. I ordered an XL for my German shepherd.

Prompt delivery
Prompt delivery, well packaged. Went on advised size, but too small for my ‘jug’.He is smaller than a pug.

Product is great
Product is great. Shipping not so much. Hope your not in a hurry to receive the item. Ordered twice and both times it literally took weeks. Still have not gotten my second order, and Christmas is 3 days away.

The bed seems kind of thin
The bed seems kind of thin, and for whatever reason my dog (a lab) won't even try it. So, for me at least, the "comfort bed" is a flop. Sorry.

I was disappointed in the size I ordered large and when it arrived in my opinion it was a medium that was sent but there was no size on the packaging. Large size would only accommodate a small dog. Very disappointed and too much hassle to return so I won’t be using this company again.
