The product I ordered took so long and…
The product I ordered took so long and very little communication was made. I only received communication after I complained. No update on the tracking of my parcel. It was delivered with no notification of its arrival. Since I received no tracking update and was told they didn’t know when I would receive my parcel.I bought another pet bed to cover till yours arrived.

Not happy
It was intended as a gift. Delivery took toooo long. Product was not what I expected. Item was indended for a small dog; it wasn't large enough for kitten. I was embarrassed to give it as a gift and discarded it. I won't be back.

Long delivery time and product not as…
Long delivery time and product not as advertised. This dog bed is basically a blanket. Fill is so minimal with zero support. I thought there was an insert that was missing but, no, just poor quality. I have a 65lb dog and her head isn’t even supported by this bed. Not worth $83 dollars.

Took too long and wrong size
The product took long to arrive, contrary to why the website said before checkout. The product that arrived also wasn’t the correct size.

Weeks to receive delivery over priced crap
Weeks to receive delivery, product came from China cheaply made could of got better quality from pound shop, bed is like a big rug no shape. Well over priced for what it is, I feel I've had my pants pulled down totally ripped off.

Took way to long to receive
Took way to long to receive. Also, my dog was seriously underwhelmed by it. I myself didn’t notice anything special about it for the price Got him a dog blanket from Tractor Supply that was less expensive and he loves it. All humans love it too because it’s so soft and comfy.

Promised delivery time
The bed that was promised in a few days took weeks for delivery. Ou continue to elicited me for the bed over and over. The dog only wants to chew it up. Luckily the cat likes it.

Just a heads up I bought your 2xl for…
Just a heads up I bought your 2xl for big dogs it was too small for the big dogs. My girl is a bill mastiff weighing 125 ! Product is nice she sits in it but not comfy to lie down she hangs off it! So in the future you might offer a 3xl for the big kids !!! So I’ll not be buying again unless you have a size for the big guys. Thanks for listening.
