Hi Dennis, Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we’re truly sorry to hear you were disappointed with the bed. We’ve checked our records and could only locate an order under your name from about 5 months ago for an XL bed. If you placed a more recent order or are referring to another purchase, we’d be happy to assist—please just email us directly at [email protected] so we can look into it and make things right. As for the packaging, our beds are vacuum-packed to make shipping more efficient and eco-friendly, and they do need a bit of time and fluffing by hand to regain their full shape after unpacking. We appreciate your feedback and hope to resolve this together.
