It took for EVER to finally arrive. When it came it was wrapped in a plastic bag, which was ripped so part of the bed wasn’t covered. I got in touch with customer service to arrange for a return - which they do not cover! I haven’t heard anything back ever since and KLARNA is still sending me payment reminders with additional late fees!!! I sent messages to customer service to confirm the return and inform KLARNA - NO RESPONSE!!! This company is a fake!!! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING!!!!!

Took long to get shipped notification. Lots of advertising though. Now habe shipment notification and AusPost tracking ID, but no data available for many days. No reply to my mail. I hope this is not fake and I will get a dogbed one day!

Kann leider noch nichts erzählen, da unser Hundebett immer noch irgendwo in China steckt ... Obwohl das Bett an Lager sein sollte gemäss Bestellvorgang :-(

Keine Retoure möglich Meine Katze hatte Angst vor dem Korb, daher wollte ich ihn retournieren. Nach mehreren Versuchen der Kontaktaufnahme meinerseits, bekam ich kein Retourenlabel oder ähnliches. Anschließend habe ich auf EIGENE KOSTEN einen Versand an die Absenderadresse veranlasst, da mir auf mehrmalige Anfrage keine Adresse genannt wurde. Das Paket wurde mir nach einigen Tagen zurückgesandt. Nun bin ich gezwungen, das Körbchen zu behalten & zu bezahlen , obwohl ich es nicht möchte. Ich werde nie mehr etwas hier bestellen. Absolut NICHT empfehlenswert!!!

Achtung! Das ist ein Betrugsunternehmen. Ware wird sehr spät geliefert...und dann hat man keine Chance sie bei Nichtgefallen zurück zugeben. Keine Telefonnummer zu finden....E-Mails werden nicht beantwortet....wenn man ware an Absender zurück schickt wird Annahme verweigert. Habe jetzt Fall bei PayPal eröffnet

I have ordered goods and my credit card was debited, but MrFluffyFriend cannot find my order. It is very hard to communicate, because you do not get answers to inquiries. The products seem to be nice, but so far the contact with MrFluffyFriend was nothing but roubles. I would have loved to give a better rating, but till now I cannot get any response on my inquiry for the goods ordered.
