MrFluffyFriend™Reviews of mrfluffyfriend.com

after one response from the company, they have now gone silent and the order is sat permanently in transit. Claim about to be arranged for the recovery of my costs. (Further update) After starting a recovery, I recieved a notification to pay customs costs to which I didn't. Then the parcel suddenly appeared beside my bins after 6 weeks of waiting. I cancelled my claim as it arrived. My dog suffers anxiety due to being epileptic. He had a seizures whilst on the new bed. Due to his fits causing him to empty his bowels whilst on the bed. I discovered you cannot remove the cover. So the bed lasted 2 days of use because it is NOT washable. (Cannot remove the cover and too big to fit in a washing machine.)

My Dog Liked it so much he eat it pulling gret chunks of fluffy fabric off so had to take it away not a good option for what aws meant to be a calming Bed

I’m waiting since 3 weeks of a sign of living from this company. My order is paid, but nothing happened. I wrote the company for an update of my order, nothing is happened. Than I object my payment on PayPal and guess what? I received a tracking number (witch is invalid).again, no reaction from the company. So now you want me to review my order, because than I have the chance to win my money back?! Here is the review! Poor, poor service. My advice: Go and buy by other suppliers for Dog beds. Finger weg!!!

Deshalb sehr lange Lieferzeit. Retoure so gut wie unmöglich. Käufer trägt Rückversand. Nie wieder !!!
