The dog bed they rave about is JUNK. Most of all their customer service SUCKS! These are shipped from China through the U.S. So if you have to return them you have to ship it back to China Which will cost you more than what the bed is worth. The Chinese know this. That's where they make their money off of us. They know the shipping costs, and they know we here in the U.S. Will purchase and not be able to return their lousy products. IT'S A SCAM!! They offered me a 15% refund, or for me to donate the bed I had just received within 30 minutes. They will NOT offer an RMA label. At the end, they sent me an Illinois return address that would have cost $84.00 to return. The bed was $99.00.
