No acknowledgement of order even though they took my money!
Purchased the product, received no email acknowledgement. Emailed them to look for proof that they have received my order, no reply. Am now seeking a refund via my credit card company. Is it a scam?

Shipping took over a month from time of…
Shipping took over a month from time of purchase to delivery. The order sat in a warehouse in Jamaica NY for three weeks until it was transferred to a metro location. Better off ordering another product from amazon.

It took over three weeks to arrive and…
It took over three weeks to arrive and the bed I bought for my dog was nowhere near the quality I would have expected , it was over £50 and the bed is so flimsy and looks nothing like the photos and the quality of the bed doesn’t look like anywhere near the quality of the bed in the photos , I would not recommend this to anyone
