Dogs seem to like the bed but bed is not as filled or thick as the photo on website

I ordered 2 beds XxL the largest you had because I thought it would be big enough for my Great Danes . Not big enough too small for Great Danes they would been perfect if they were bigger :(

The quality is very good but I was disappointed with sizing of the bed I read the recommended sizing for different breeds but found the one I ordered the recommended size but a bit too small . We have a 12kg Labradoodle and there is no room to spare when she gets in . Next size would have been better . A great product otherwise

I would give 5 stars for the product itself, and 2 stars for communication and shipping time. I did not realize the product was shipping from another country, and your lack of communication about this is appalling. That being said, I finally did receive email replies, but only days before the product finally arrived. The bed itself is quite nice, but expensive for what I received. In addition, there was a *powerful* chemical odor until I washed and dried it. Our dog does like it very well, but not necessarily more than her other available beds. All in all, I wouldn’t order a second bed, nor unfortunate would I recommend to others.

the pillow is not quite like the one in pictures. it is not quite near the fluffiness that is in the pics. the center is hollowed out like the cheap ones. would not buy again! it was probably not worth the on sale price I paid....

This isn’t our first dog bed of this sort. Mrfluffyfriend is big, but it’s not firm at all.

Shipping was very slow and I ordered a large dog bed and received a medium. Customer service offered me a discount and said I could return the bed but it wasn’t worth the hassle. My dog likes the bed but it could stand to be a little bigger.

It was a wonderfully fluffy and comfy looking bed, but my 2 Airedale Terriers are strong chewers and started pulling out stuffing within 30 minutes. I wanted one for each but didn’t buy two because of their chewing - thank goodness.
