I expected an email telling me when I…
I expected an email telling me when I can expect my order, the last time I ordered, it took over 30 days to receive it. When most companies ship within 2 or 3 days, 30 days is extreme to me.

The largest of the beds is too small…
The largest of the beds is too small for a large breed dog (My dog is medium in size and she fits perfectly) and there is not enough filling inside these beds. I’m not happy with it.

Was Expecting More....
Delivery from time of order to receiving item was extremely slow considering ship from and to were both in Canada. Although fluffy and our 100lb German Shepherd seems to like it, we thought it would be thicker for the money. Can feel the floor. Needs more material. Our dog has OCD and will still need to put this bed on top of his old bed for cushion from the floor.

Flat, lumpy pet bed. 2 months to arrive.Avoid.
So, just like many others, bought it in a win. The material is OK, but the stuffing is roughly 1/3 of what it should be. That, on the evidence of many other reviews, is deliberate on the company's part, which is unfortunate as had they appropriately filled the bed, it would have been quite a reasonable product. Oh,an it took 2 months to arrive. Avoid.

Rude and poor customer service …
Ordered anxiety beds for my mom's dogs, rude to my mom when she called. Slow to provide tracking info. On the plus side the dogs love the beds probably won't do business again due to the rudeness
