Awful product and company
Awful product and company. The product took 2 months to arrive with no communication. When it arrived, the product was far too small for my dog. The company are very hard to contact, and when I finally heard back from them they could only offer a 10% refund. They then failed to give me this which they’d promised. I then saw the same dog bed in Primark for £10 (they charged £40). Avoid this company at all costs.

Still not received my order
Still not received my order. It is now 5 weeks since I ordered them. Have sent numerous emails. Emails sent back saying they are sure I will be receiving them shortly. Now receiving no response. I ordered 4 large beds at a considerable expense to myself. Would not recommend. Would have been better off flushing my money down the toilet. Do not buy from this company.

I haven’t gotten my order and keep e mailing you people and get no where!!!! Haven’t received a reply letting me know my status and especially where my dog bed is or anything about arrival date. Will not have good reviews about your company or service when I am ask or any sites I can write reviews. POOR communication and customer service!!!!!

Order has not arrived
I ordered a dog bed three weeks ago and still waiting for an update on it's location. The website states products arrive 7-12 business days however, I have yet to receive it.
