Very poor quality
It took ages to arrive, but I didn't know it comes from China when I ordered the beds. Super expensive and very poor quality. I bought two beds, one broke the very first day, the other one within two days. Size very small, not at all as advertised. I would never ever buy from this company again.

I still have not received…
I still have not received my order and it has been 3 weeks. I would just like my order cancelled and my money returned. They refuse to do that. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

I would never buy from this company
I would never buy from this company, waiting ages for my dog bed and now they ask for a review for a product I have still not received! I suggest you buy somewhere where customers are valued. Heaven only knows what their products are like, no doubt as poor as their customer service.

Ordered product 3 weeks ago
Ordered product 3 weeks ago . Still not here . Was given wrong tracking company. Then finally given right one . I'm not interested in ordering anything that takes a month to receive. Especially when they stated that it was in stock . Lesson learned.
