It took almost 4 weeks to get here
It took almost 4 weeks to get here , and when it did …. Not what expected. Bottom of bed super thin… hard to clean . Advertisement great, but not realistic.

Your shipping is very poor plus you don’t tell the truth about how long it takes to get your order.

The bed was smaller than expected
The bed was smaller than expected, measurements were not clear. As a consequence I have spent £39 on a bed that I cannot use for my small dog & cannot return. The bed is lovely & super soft, so it is really disappointing that it is not big enough. A discount & partial refund were offered if I placed another order but that would mean that the new bed for my dog would have cost a total of £64 taking into consideration the non refunded value. Very disappointed & also fed up with endless amercian spam dropping into my Inbox

Your shipping times are unacceptable
Your shipping times are unacceptable. Would rather buy somewhere else. Slow boat to China would be express compared to you.

my parcel got lost in the mail so was…
my parcel got lost in the mail so was delayed for a week, not your fault obviously. It’s a great looking dog bed but my dog will not go in it even after much coaxing.

I just received 2 beds for my dog and…
I just received 2 beds for my dog and cat … the cat one is too small and leans to one side, it’s not flat. The dog one is also is very flimsy… I thought it was going to be more firm … I really want to return both of them. I’m very disappointed…☹️

There is too much material between each…
There is too much material between each fringe pieces. Add more fringe. My dog played with it like a stuffed animal.

Very poorly made
Very poorly made. I purchased a similar product from Amazon and returned the one I got from these guys. I didn’t let me dog try it out. I submitted the return request right away. The customer service is great and the return policy makes it risk free but it is still overpriced and poor quality materials. I think they are all made in China anyway?
