Worst dog bed I have ever seen
Worst dog bed I have ever seen, nothing like what was promised - utter rubbish and no comfort for a dog. They are very lazy in getting back to you - the bed is rubbish - stuffed with rubbish and the outer cover is quite the worst - avoid and they cost a fortune - I have a feeling I will have a battle on my hands for returning and the customer is responsible for shipping - despite the fact it is nothing like the description - should be reported to trading standards - I am going to do just that -- AVOID

All I want is a return address but they are reluctant to provide this
The company seem reluctant to provide a return address. A simple request to allow me to send back an order that is too small. All I get is a representative will contact me in due course. So I'll ask the question again - what is the return address? Simple enough you would think. Let's wait and see what transpires for all to see

Hi Jim, Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear about your experience. Unfortunately, we can't look up any prior communication as your review didn’t include any order details. However, please rest assured that we always provide the necessary return information — our team simply needs to confirm a few details first to ensure everything is processed smoothly. If you haven’t already, kindly reply to our team’s last message or reach out again via email at [email protected], and we’ll make sure you're fully assisted without delay.

This bed is dollar store quality
This bed is dollar store quality. My 25 lb golden doodle can carry it around like a toy because it is soooo light weight. There is absolutely no support and looks completely different than the advertised photos. I decided to return it BUT it is from China and costs $45 to return it (in the original packaging-it is air sealed originally-good luck condensing it) I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DOG BED! It is a piece of crap.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we're very sorry to hear you're disappointed. It looks like you’ve already been in touch with one of our customer service reps, though we understand you’re not satisfied with the resolution offered. Please know that returns can absolutely be sent back in a different box—it doesn’t need to be the original vacuum-sealed packaging. If there’s anything more we can do to assist or clarify, feel free to reach out to us again via email. We're here to help.

Cheap Made Product
I ordered from this company b4 and was really pleased. This time I ordered the same bed and it looks smaller and no where near as nice. Looks cheaply made, very disappointed. Also took longer to shop. I paid 100.00 for this and it's not worth it at all. I would send it back and ask for a refund, how to return it would cost at least half of what I paid for it. Shame on this company. Sorry and disappointed to see that the quality of this bed has greatly depreciated. I will not be buying from this company again.

Hi Brenda, We’re truly sorry to hear about your disappointment, especially after having a positive experience in the past. We absolutely understand your concern, and we’d like to look into this further and make things right. One of our customer service representatives will be reaching out to you shortly via email to personally assist you. Just a note: we’ve recently introduced an improved version of our bed that now includes a zipper and a removable cover to make washing much easier — but we understand your frustration if this wasn’t what you expected. Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re on it.

They sent a xs in apricot instead of…
They sent a xs in apricot instead of the 4xl in grey that I ordered. The return policy is a joke.
Response from MrFluffyFriend™Jul 11, 2025
Thank you for your review, Len. We understand your frustration and want to clarify that the XS Apricot bed was the size and color selected at checkout. That said, one of our friendly customer service representatives is already looking into this and has just sent you an email. Please check your inbox, and if you don’t see it, kindly look in your spam or promotions folder, as it may have ended up there. We're here to assist and find a solution for you.

The bed they advertise is NOT the bed…
The bed they advertise is NOT the bed they send. They offer money back guarantee but fail to mention you must pay return shipping. So, they send you a misleading cheaper version of the bed you pay for and the only way to get your money back is to pay for shipping. Dispute transaction wiTh bank! These people will not refund your money.
