I haven’t received my purchase and the…
I haven’t received my purchase and the tracking number shows it terminally stuck in “Jamaica NY, USPS Awaiting item”. I emailed and requested more info and was simply referred to the tracking number, and that there are some delays. Ridiculous!

The website is incorrect on it's…
The website is incorrect on it's shipping time frame. I ordered my dog bed middle of April and yet to receive it 20 plus days later. They create a USPS label to make you think it's in process but the truth is, any vendor can order a label it doesn't mean the order is on it's way. Customer service is now blaming COVID and the carrier for the delays. At first they said my order would be here in 7-12 days, now they can't give me a time frame. Do not order from this company which is located in CHina.

Unfortunately not very well
Unfortunately not very well, as I have never received what I bought and paid for. You should make sure the customer gets what they paid for before you start wondering how well you did. Very poor customer service.🙁🙁

Ridiculously poor service!
Asking me to review a product they failed to ever deliver is ridiculous. How about actually sending me the dog bed before you ask me to rate it. It’s been a month since I ordered and all I get are dozens of emails trying to sell me more products and not one email advising when I will receive what I’ve already ordered and paid for. When I asked them when it might arrive they said to be patient, now they’re asking me to rate a product undelivered to date. How about zero stars, one is too kind..

My credit card was charged immediately…
My credit card was charged immediately for a dog bed purchase. After 18 working days there is no delivery date given. Customer service requests me to be patient although they cannot provide any details other than a tracking system that does not work.

Terrible company. Ripoff
Terrible company. I still have not received my 📦 package. I have waited almost one month…Written to them twice. They took money from credit card immediately. Be warned. Do not do business with these people. Still trying to get my money back .

I have not received my dog bed
I have not received my dog bed. I ordered it on April 16. Order number 28373. Maybe I can give a better review once I get it. I tried to cancel this order on April 20, but on April 21 I was told it had already been shipped. Today is May 6. That was 2 weeks ago. How long does it take?
