I am SO angry with the way I was dealt…
I am SO angry with the way I was dealt with by this company. The dog beds that I ordered arrived but they were not of the quality or size that I had expected and I wanted to return them. I bought a size that was due said to be OK for dogs far bigger than mine and this was not the case when the goods arrived. The website says that returns are possible as they should be BUT the return policy is that they must be tracked and insured AND they had to be returned to an address in China. The website makes it clear they were dispatched from a depot in Western Europe - although doesn't say where. The cost of the return will be similar to the costs of the goods - i.e.I was misled about the return policy and feel their treatment has been totally dishonest. I think this is extremely shoddy practice. I will NEVER deal with this company again and have learnt for future purchases to be very wary of any company that does not reveal its address online. I was stupid - ONCE - I won't do it again. I warn everyone else to be extremely wary of buying from this company. .
