Still WAITING for delivery
Still WAITING for delivery. Been well over two weeks. 😡 $100 order. No communication from the site unless I complain, then still no satisfaction. Am told to wait, 5 more business days now, then they will contact the shipping department. Was going to place an additional order. Glad I didn’t.

Very disappointed & disappointed with…
Very disappointed & disappointed with the. Not as big as I thought and had very little stuffing in it. My dog really doesn’t care to much for it either.

Cheap Chinese product
Cheap Chinese product. Instead on 3-5 day deliver was waiting 3 months. On numerous occasions before product was posted l requested refund and that was simply ignored. Extremely bad service and fake full of promises website. Avoid avoid avoid!!!!!!!

Ordered XL based on website info
Ordered XL based on website info. It was much too small for my 60 lb dog. It was vacuum packed in a small plastic envelope. In order to return it they say it has to be in the same package it was delivered in. That was impossible. I would not order from this company. You can get the same quality from other sellers for a lot less $$

I will never buy another thing from…
I will never buy another thing from this place. Took a month to get it... when it said I would have it in 10 days. Then the quality of the product .... SUCKS!
