I waited 2 weeks and never received my…
I waited 2 weeks and never received my order. Was given a tracking number which had no item received for shipping. Calling did nothing. Thank goodness for PayPal.

I ordered a dog bed a month ago and…
I ordered a dog bed a month ago and have not received my product. I have spoken to customer service via email and the response is “due to COVID” there are shipping delays. I can not have a refund until I receive my package, however, seems my package has been sitting in Jamaica NY for the past month. Very frustrating! I would never recommend this company

Avoid this Company
I placed my order on April 25, 2022, and have yet to receive the order. A tracking number has been created, but it only displays an error message when trying to view the status. Today is May 6, 2022. Overall very disappointed. COVID is not an excuse, otherwise it would affect other companies similarly.

Still have not received order or given…
Still have not received order or given any updates to why order hasn’t shipped. When order was placed website stated that it was in stock. Very disappointed!!! Will not recommend to anyone.
