Improve processing and delivery
The dealings I've had with customer service have been great 5 stars. It appears the dog likes it as well. The only disappointment I've had is the shipping. It takes so so so so long for the order to be processed (I've ordered 2 now) that I think the order didn't go through. And there is no way to look on line to see the order I placed. Then it takes so so so so long for it to be delivered.

Comfy but smaller than expected
My dog is a boxer mix...body boxer but head more lab like. She weighs 51 lbs. I ordered the large which she is enjoying but it doesn't have a lot of leg room. It's great when she curls up but when stretching has her head hanging over the bed. Think an xlarge would have been better. She is enjoying however.

I bought one fluffy bed for my
I bought one fluffy bed for my Bichon Frisée I ordered a small ( my dog weighs 16lbs ) and it was great. The circular sides stayed up for him to feel secure. I then ordered another one for the family. This one was much bigger and the sides collapse. It’s just a flat rug now. I’m very disappointed in the bed for him in the family room.

My dogs really love the anxiety bed
My dogs really love the anxiety bed! Definitely worth it. Just wish it didn’t take so long for shipping and bc I have large dogs, I needed an extra large bed and the price was quite expensive compared to the smaller/medium ones.

Doggy Comfort
I was delighted when Fluffy Friend arrived although it took a long time.However soon disappointed when my average size JR terrier was too big for bed.However I then ordered the next size which is fine but I have had to put it in a straight sided -bed as as soon as she climbs in it tips over without the support of a rigid side.However now I have done this she absolutely loves it and she snuggles down looking very comfortable.I feel a larger dog would have the weight to hold it down.Has anyone else experienced this?

Beds are super
