I ordered bed for my dog on a 5th of January it arrived on a 19th. While I was waiting for it to be delivered, I came across trust pilot and got a little worried. I don't know whether I was just lucky, but I quite like the bed, it looks just like the picture and my doggie seems to like it too. Not sure on how it'll look after some time, but now it looks absolutely fine. Of course it would have been more pleasant to receive it in a prettier packaging, but it's seems that they are shipping from China and want to keep the costs down. I never tried to contact the seller so can't comment on that.

We ordered an X-LARGE size (80cm) bed for our Sprocker. We ordered this bed on 15th December 2021. It arrived on 17th January 2022. We thought 80cm would big enough, but now wished we ordered the XX-Large size. We ordered the X-Large because this was advertised recommended size for a Spaniel, other dog breeds were in the same category as our dog. Our dog does fit on the bed, but he likes to stretch out, so we’ll have to see over time to see how he adapts fully to it. As I am typing this review he (Bluey) is snuggled up on his bed, so he must obviously like it. It came in a package about a foot square, but nicely packaged up. It had been vacuum packed. After opening the package the bed filled out to its normal size. The quality of the material is really nice and soft to touch. This is very much a quality product and well worth the money. However, providing you don’t mind waiting for your dog bed to arrive, all I can say is the wait will be worth it. I may even order the XX-LARGE size at some point. I’ll update here again after it arrives. One thing to like from Mr Fluffy team is the communication, which was done by email. They responded back very quickly.

I order 2 XXL light grey beds for my “girls” and although I’ve only received one so far, they totally LOVE it! They get in it together (wish I could attach a pic). My second comment is regarding customer service; I reached out regarding not receiving my second bed. I received an immediate helpful, courteous, friendly response. And when I responded back in kind with a pic of my pup in the bed the second response was even more lovely than the first!

I got really worried when I read some awful reviews after I ordered 2 beds. They did take most a month to arrive but they were worth the wait. I've never seen my dogs snuggle down and go into such a deep sleep as they do with these. I bought large size for my spaniels which are perfect. Customer service replied promptly to my emails and reassured me that the beds were on the way. Very pleased with them.

Meine Erfahrung ist durchaus positiv. Sofort freundliche Rückmeldung vom Team erhalten und das am Sonntag! Mein Anliegen wurde noch am selben Tag bearbeitet. Nochmals vielen lieben Dank!
