Do not buy from this company. First they charge you a foreign transaction fee. Second I ordered a white dog bed. It came yellow and filled with bugs inside the package, Third, they say free returns. Only to find out you must pay to return it to China. Terrible customer service. Disguised as an American company, they are an overseas company with a fake product, false advertising, and terrible customer service. Do yourself a favor and don’t buy from them.

Nach Bestellung hatte ich wegen zu langer Lieferzeit den Artikel storniert, als Antwort kamen nur Ausflüchte und dass das Paket angeblich schon unterwegs sei. Es gibt weder eine Sendungsnummer noch kann ich mittlerweile das Unternehmen über die angegebene Emailadresse kontaktieren. Die deutsche Webseite ist auch plötzlich nicht mehr zu erreichen. Die Zahlung per Klarna habe ich mittlerweile gestoppt. Finger weg von diesem Unternehmen!!!

Keine Lieferung, Kontakt nicht möglich, da nicht existierende Domain, Versandlink ist fake. Ich versuche über Paypal mein Geld zurück zu bekommen....

No product ever delivered, just plenty of excuses. Every time I make an inquiry,I get the same sad story that the pandemic is delaying the shipment, despite their advertising prompt service. Yet the shipment tracking says my order has been sitting in Jamaica, NY for over 2 weeks. BUT the shipping company says the tracking number is incorrect and they have no record of the shipment. Absolutely the WORST service I have ever received from an online merchant. They take your money upfront, but never deliver anything but excuses.

I ordered a large fluffy dog bed and when it arrived it looked like a small, my Staffy could not fit in it. When I informed u I was told it was packed as a large. It was an inconvenience to repack in the original package as it was damaged when I took dog bed out, to then find out after the package was torn and your instructions stated it had to be in original condition. Not worth the hassle, will NOT recommend nor use your product ever again
