Luna LOVES her mrfluffyfriend XL dog…
Luna LOVES her mrfluffyfriend XL dog couch, sleeping on her, side, belly and her back with 4 legs up in the air. She is a 72 yellow lab mix and the XL was definitely the size she needed. Be aware that the orthopedic foam required 3 full days to fully expand.
Response from MrFluffyFriend™Apr 7, 2026
Thank you, Paul! We’re thrilled to hear Luna is enjoying her XL couch in every possible sleeping position, that’s the best kind of approval! And yes, the orthopedic foam does take time to fully expand, so we appreciate you mentioning that for other pet parents. Enjoy the snuggles!

Thank you, Angel! It’s great to hear your poodle is having fun trying (and failing!) to destroy the bed. Sounds like it’s keeping him entertained while staying durable, a win-win! 🐾

Great customer service.
First thing I would like to say is that I have never purchased an item anywhere from anyone that I have had the level of first rate customer service that i have experienced with these fine folks. It has been a true pleasure working with this company. Then there is the bed itself. When I first received it it seemed to be flat and without loft. Just give it some time to air up, it will be fine. bottom line is great product and even better customer service. Top notch, great job MrFluffyFriend.
Response from MrFluffyFriend™Apr 7, 2026
Hi Larry, We’re sorry about this experience and understand your concerns. We also understand that you may not have intended to order two calming cushions and that the appearance of the bed was unexpected. One of our customer service representatives will reach out via email to guide you and help address these issues. Since the cushion is vacuum-packed and comes in parts, we also have a helpful assembly and fluffing video guide to assist with setting it up properly. Please look out for the email from our team.

My Boxer puppy does NOT like his kennel…
My Boxer puppy does NOT like his kennel and after doing some research, I found Mr. Fluffy Friend anti-anxiety beds. I have purchased 3 beds, to accommodate my puppies needs. My puppy is less whiny in his kennel and loves his new beds! I am very happy with the customer service provided (after having a minor ordering problem) and would highly recommend this company!
Response from MrFluffyFriend™Apr 7, 2026
Thank you, Ginger! We’re thrilled your Boxer is less whiny in the kennel and loves the new beds. We’re happy our customer service could help smooth out the ordering hiccup!
