Still waiting for my beautiful dog bed after a month and half 😡
Well I ordered a $134 beautiful pet bed for my boy Bono on 03/11/2022 and I’m still waiting … I have emailed twice and still waiting for response .. I know there is delays with postage etc.. that’s why if I ordered early enough it would be here by now for Christmas but no.. so I’m sorry to say minor very happy at all

Not what I expected
Not what I expected. Too small and I’m not sure how they are different from other beds.

poor service
Whilst the bed itself i just about Ok, the delivery wass very poor. Delivery took 1 month & the covid excuse just does not wash. Tracking was non-existant & when I emailed on 2 occasions I got no response at all. Once the bed did arrive & was opened it smelt full of chemicals & our dog would not go near it. It took 2 full washes for her to approach the bed. Not a great experience & ironically certainly stressful.

The bed doesn’t provide any support and…
The bed doesn’t provide any support and my dog will not use. Then when I tried to return found out it would cost more than the bed…still waiting to hear back from you what you’ll give me for refund since it’s too expensive to return to CHINA?!

More for dogs than cats
It took forever to arrive, & then smelled so horrible from plastic it was in that we had to wash it. Then it was fluffy & great,, but neither of our 2 cats get in it. They checked it out, 1 briefly got in & didn’t even lie down. It feels great to me. I’ve left them around for a few weeks now but still no. But they’re cats. We’ll see maybe this more for dogs.

I ordered two beds, only one arrived. No resolution
I ordered two beds. Never received a confirmation email. Only one bed arrived. Total cost for the tow beds was $83.00. Our dog enjoys the one bed that did arrive, but i would like the 2nd bed delivered or a refund. Emails to the company customer service email address have extremely woefully unhelpful. And they have not responded to my last two emails. I’m being ghosted. Can’t find a phone number to contact them.

Not for big dogs, no response for return from customer service.
The bed is fluffy, but there is nothing between the fluff and the floor for a larger dog. I bought the 2XL. I emailed the company the day I received it asking to return bed and never heard back. I emailed again and nothing. They have a very strict return policy I was trying to follow and I would encourage anyone considering this bed to read. It is costly. Since I never heard back I am still sitting with a bed for my dog I can’t use. Shipping also took over a month, (ordered the end of October).
