Hi Alexandria, We’re sorry for the disappointment. We’ve recently updated and improved our dog bed model: it now comes with a zipper for easy removal and washing, and the filling is now 100% soft cotton for extra comfort. One of our team members will be sending you an email shortly to follow up and discuss how we can assist you further.

Hi Sarah Louise, We’re very sorry for the disappointment. Please note that our dog beds come in vacuum packaging, which can make them look flat and compressed initially. Gently shaking and letting the bed air out will help it regain its shape. One of our CSRs will also be sending you an email shortly to address your concerns and assist further.

We’re very sorry to hear about your disappointment, Kirsten. 🙏 We’re not familiar with the order numbers you mentioned, and we want to make sure this is correctly linked to MrFluffyFriend™. Could you kindly double-check if your purchase was placed on our official website and that your email was sent to [email protected]? Our customer support team always responds, so it might be a good idea to check your order confirmation for the correct store and double-check the email address you used. If the email was sent to us, please also check your spam or promotions folder, as sometimes replies can land there by mistake.

Hi Jeanine, We’re very sorry to hear about your disappointment. One of our customer support representatives is already assisting you via email—please kindly check the latest message we sent and follow the instructions so we can help you further. 🙏 Also, please note that our beds are vacuum-packed for shipping, so they may appear flat at first. With some time to air out and a bit of gentle shaking, the filling redistributes and the bed regains its intended shape. We truly want this to work out for you and your cats, and we’ll continue to support you until we find the best solution.

Hi Michael, We’re sorry that your experience didn’t meet your expectations. Please note that we did offer a partial refund to help resolve the issue, which you accepted. Our beds are vacuum-packed for shipping, so they may look thin initially, but they are designed to expand to their intended size. Please also note that you ordered our smallest size of bed, which is XS. If you’re still having concerns or need further assistance, our customer service team is happy to help.
