I would advise never to buy from this…
I would advise never to buy from this company due ro the fact of there return policy. Its nit really guarenteed. They ship the item from vernon ca but they want you to ship it back to china to prevent you from returning. They item took so long to ship that i didnt get it for over two weeks. I dont recommend the company due to dishonest practices with shipping.

First off I want to say DO NOT BUY THIS…
First off I want to say DO NOT BUY THIS BED!!!! What a scam! The bed is not even close to being fluffy! I followed the instructions and let the bed rest for 48 hours but that did nothing! You can feel the hard floor underneath the bed! I sent an email to the company and told them how horrible this bed is and sent pictures! They want me to pay for shipping, I explained that there is no way that I could package up that bed back to them the way they brought it to me vacuum sealed in a tiny little package and that I was not about to spend more money on a big box to stuff it in and send it back unless they pay the shipping costs, which they said no and I would have to pay for shipping. They even told me I should donate it to a shelter or a rescue and offered me a 15% discount! My response was if it’s not comfortable enough for my dog to sleep on what makes you think I would be ok with another dog sleeping on it! Bottom line is this company is a scam please save your money and stress and buy a bed from somewhere else!

Avoid avoid avoid!!!!
Avoid avoid avoid!!!! The beds are nothing like advertised! Quality is appalling. Mine arrived and resembled a rag rather than a dog bed. Do not waste your money and avoid this company like the plague!!!! Update- I queried delivery and got a response from customer service quickly, I have sent 2 further emails asking about returning the item and getting a refund and surprise surprise they can’t seem to reply to that! Trading standards may be getting a call if I don’t hear from them soon.

Hi Claire, sorry for the disappointment. Our products are vacuum-packed for shipping, which can sometimes make them look flat or misshapen right after arrival. This is completely normal. We recommend allowing up to 48 hours for the dog sofa to fully air out and gently shaking it to help the filling redistribute evenly. One of our customer support representatives will also reach out to you via email to assist further and make sure this is resolved for you.

Response from MrFluffyFriend™Sep 18, 2025

Response from MrFluffyFriend™Sep 16, 2025

I made a mistake ordering this bed and not reading the return policy they said 30 days money back warranty but they want the product in the original package and not used.for starters the bed is cheaply made and not fluffy at all. For the money you pay this is a ripoff do not buy repeat don’t buy this product you will be better off buying a bed at Ross or marshals for a fraction of the price
Response from MrFluffyFriend™Sep 14, 2025
Hi Eduardo, we’re sorry for any confusion! One of our CSRs has just sent you an email with a guide on how to properly fluff up your calming cushion. It’s completely normal for the product to appear flat at first since it’s vacuum-packed. Please follow the instructions in the email, and don’t hesitate to reply if you need any further assistance.

This is the worst dog bed ever
This is the worst dog bed ever. Do not buy!!! The inserts might as well be packing peanuts sparsely filled. Once you put the separate " pillows" inside the cover, the cover is loose, too big and absolutely no cushion. Complete garbage. Can't even explain how frustrating this is given how much I spent on this bed.
Response from MrFluffyFriend™Sep 9, 2025
Hi Trish, We’re sorry to hear about your experience. Unfortunately, we cannot check your order or assist properly since no order number was provided in your review. Could you please email us at [email protected] with your order details so we can guide you and help resolve this? Also, please note that our beds arrive vacuum-packed, so it’s normal for them to look flat or misshapen initially. Letting them air out and gently shaking or massaging the filling can help them regain their full shape. We look forward to helping you get this sorted!
