I ordered a Dog Bed on 15th April (Good Friday) and it arrived last Sunday 1st May. It’s completely as advertised. Looks great, and my 14 year old Kelpie loves it. After reading some reviews on this site (non delivery and bogus tracking numbers) I was quite concerned when delivery hadn’t happened by the 12th day and emailed TeamMrFluffyFriend to see what the situation was. I also contacted PayPal to lodge a potential claim if things looked bad. However I had no need to worry, as I received a lovely email the next day addressing my concerns, giving me a tracking number link that worked, and delivery happened on the 12th day, taking into account Easter and other Public Holidays. So thanks TeamMr FluffyFriend 😊

After ordering a dog bed I was concerned reading all the negative reviews. However, my order arrived at my home in New Zealand less than 2 weeks from placing the order. Also, its exactly as advertised and our old Staffy is in love with her new bed. Im sorry to read that others havent had a good experience but I'm 100% satisfied with my purchase. I can also report that the company responded super promptly to my emails. I highly recommend this product.

My dogs (2 Havaneser-Boys) love their new bed, so everything is ok and I ordered a second bed today. Of course the shippment has taken a long time, but after 6 weeks waiting my dogs are happy

Looking forward to helping our boy relax more daily. We have not received the new anxiety bed for our little boy. My mom bought your XL dark grey Mrfluffy bed a couple weeks ago and she has been loving 🥰 it and she’s a miniature teacup Yorkshire and only 3 pounds full grown. She has aches And joint pain and she hops in there and is all comfy.
